6. Refunds and Disputes

Recharges successfully credited to the FASTag wallet cannot be reversed or refunded. Refunds are issued only when payment is deducted but the recharge is not reflected in the FASTag system after verification. Disputes relating to toll deductions must be addressed with the FASTag issuing bank or toll operator directly, as LKG has no control over toll calculations.
